This weekend sees the start of the new programming, in which established names share the stage with local talent. From next week, we will also be working on a better and more beautiful Glaspaleis.
As always, there will also be meetings and collaborations with various Heerlen residents next season, for instance in Curator for a day, David Bade Tekent Heerlen Onder De Tafel and Driver's Seat - SCHUNCK's youth programme. Of course, SCHUNCK also offers a diverse and broad education and presentation programme, in cooperation with the Nederlands Mijnmuseum, 'PAND Heerlen, Schrit_tmacher, Stichting Mondriaan Zorggroep, Cultura Nova and many others.
Cultural ambitions
Artistic director Fabian de Kloe: "With this programme around the pillars of contemporary art and architecture, we want to continue distinguishing ourselves. Also in view of Heerlen's ambition - in cooperation with the city and the region - to become European Capital of Culture in 2033, we are thus building on further strengthening the region as a beacon of culture and breeding ground for makers of the future."
You will find the brochure at a selection of distribution points, but of course you can also pick it up at the front desk of the Glaspaleis. Prefer to read it digitally? Then check it out here.
