Kloemele is a local dialect word which means ‘pottering, mucking or tinkering about’.

In other words, being creative, using your imagination and, basically, just messing around! That’s behind the idea of Kloemele* in SCHUNCK on Sunday June 19. Will you be joining in the fun?

For the event, we will be exploring the museum and the drawings of Keith Haring in search of inspiration. Afterwards, like Keith Haring, we will be trying our hand at chalk drawings, only we will be using the town square as our canvas. Together we will create a huge, Keith Haring-inspired work of art.

Anyone from the age of 6 upwards can take part, so, bring your imagination with you and try out things you’ve maybe never done before. Let’s shake it up at SCHUNCK!

What’s the idea exactly?

Kloemele* in SCHUNCK is aimed at children between the ages of 6 and 12 and their grown-ups. SCHUNCK challenges you to work together, as a team, on the creative challenges we set you. Younger siblings are also welcome to join in, though they may perhaps need a little more help from the grown-ups.
