Cultural foundation

Since 1 January 2016, has been registered for tax purposes as a charitable incorporated organisation, in Dutch, Algemeen Nut Beogende Instelling (ANBI). For businesses and private individuals alike, there are tax incentives associated with donations. As such, SCHUNCK is exempt from inheritance and gift tax laws, which means that any donations made go to culture, and culture alone.


SCHUNCK is a member of the VERY CONTEMPORARY network consisting of 14 institutes for contemporary art in the Meuse-Rhine Euregion. We have the joint aim of raising awareness of what the region has to offer in terms of visual art.
